Steps to enable Web Conferencing Server

Go to Global Properties.

Under Meetings tab, select one of the options for Anonymous Participants.

 

Select Default Policy and click Edit.

Click "Enable Web Conferencing" and select different options as per your company policy.

Click Apply.
