Per-User Reports

How to find out Per-User Reports...

We can use the OCS 2007 graphical user interface to find out user reports. This is particularly useful when you want to know how many contacts are added for the user, how many places the user is logged in, which version of OCS client is the user using etc...Suppose there is a user with SIP URI xcha@ocsdom.local. You want to find out following information regarding this user:

Number of active end points
Number of contacts
Enabled for PIC:
Enabled for Federation status:
Enabled for Remote Access:
Enabled for Enterprise Voice:
Enabled for PBX integration:
Enabled for Remote Call Control:
Enabled for Internal IM conversation Archiving:
Enabled for Federated conversation Archiving:
Client Endpoint Client Version
Front End (Which has authenticated):

Select the pool and click the "database" tab as per following image.

Under Per-User Reports, provide the target user's SIP URI and click "Go". The OCS Server will provide the report as per following.
