ABSConfig.exe behaving unexpected

You may face following music if you use absconfig.exe from the resource kit...you should face the problem if you started absconfig.exe after the date of 13th June '08.

Value of '6/20/2008 1:30:00 AM' is not valid for 'Value'. 'Value' should be between 'MinDate' and 'MaxDate'.
Parameter name: Value
at System.Windows.Form.DateTimePicker.set_Value(DateTime value)
at ABSConfig.MainForm.WMIConfigInit()

The following patch does resolve the above issue...

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/954749

The above patch also takes care of the following problem.

When you click Apply changes on the Configure Attributes tab in the Absconfig.exe tool, the msExchHideFromAddressLists Active Directory attribute is lost from the real-time communications (RTC) database.

Note: The ABS Configuration Tool (ABSConfig.exe), which is available in the Office Communications Server 2007 Resource Kit Tools, provides a graphical interface to configure the Address Book Server settings.
