OCS Enterprise Pool

Before creating and configuring pool, install the SQL client tools on the Front End server. Otherwise create and configure the pool from the back-end server.

Steps to configure the enterprise pool

Followings are the steps to configure the enterprise pool

Add all the SIP Domains you want to enable in the OCS environment.
