 Features of Exchange Unified Messaging

Following are the core features of Unified Messaging:

Voice mail: Voice mail left using the telephone system stored in the Exchange inbox. A great Microsoft Outlook® and Outlook Web Access experience for playing voice messages using a built in player for both clients in Outlook 2007 and Exchange
Server 2007 version.
FAX: Fax messages received over the telephone system stored in the Exchange inbox. A great Outlook experience for incoming FAX messages with an in-frame display and preview for received FAXs. Unified Messaging will support only incoming
fax.
TUI / OVA: A Telephone User Interface (TUI) also known as Outlook Voice Access (OVA) that allows a user to call in and manipulate their voice mail as well as other information stored in their inbox such as their calendar appointments, their e-mail
messages and personal contact information.
Auto-Attendant: A directory lookup system that can route callers to different phone numbers.
