Configure OCS Global Properties

Right Click forest to go to "Global Properties"

Click "Edge Servers" tab. Add the Web Conferencing edge server (internal FQDN) under "Access Edge and Web Conferencing Edge Servers".

Make sure the FQDN resolves to the ip address which is configured on the internal interface of the Access Edge Server. It must not resolve to any other IP Address (including the ip address configured on external interface of the Access Edge Server).

Right click "Web Conferencing" folder and click "Properties".

Click "Web Conferencing Edge Server". Click Add to add the internal and external FQDN of the web Conferencing Edge Server.

Restart OCS Front End and Web Conferencing Edge services after deploying the Edge Server.
