Configure AV Conferencing Edge Server

Right Click forest to go to "Global Properties"

Click "Edge Servers" tab. Add the A/V Edge Server (internal FQDN of the AV Edge server) under the option "A/V Edge Servers". Make sure the port is 5062 unless you have changed it at the Edge Server end.

Note: Ensure that the internal FQDN of the AV Edge Server resolves only to the internal interface IP Address of the AV Edge Server.

If you have Enterprise Edition, right click "A/V Conferencing" Folder and go to properties. Select the AV Edge internal FQDN added in above step.

If you have Standard edition, right click the netbios name of the SE server as follow and go to properties of the A/V Conferencing.

Select the AV Edge FQDN.

Now restart the OCS Front End and AV conference services.
