Configure OCS Global Properties

Right Click forest to go to "Global Properties"

Click "Edge Servers" tab. Add the Access edge server under "Access Edge and Web Conferencing Edge Servers"

Check on "Enable Federation and Public IM connectivity" and add Access edge server internal FQDN or Virtual name.

Make sure the FQDN resolves to the ip address which is configured on the internal interface of the Access Edge Server. It must not resolve to any other IP Address (including the ip address configured on external interface of the Access Edge Server).

Restart OCS Front End and Access Edge services after configuring the Access Edge and OCS Global properties.
