Communicator display problem

After renaming a user account in the AD the display name shows correctly in outlook but it doesn't show the latest display name in the Office Communicator.

You can notice that the newly created users are appearing in the office communicator but the change doesn't reflect in the office communicator.

 

Run the domain prep and force an address book update to make it fine.
