Distribution Group Service is unavailable

The clients get an error while adding any distribution group in the contact list and the error is  "Distribution group service is unavailable at this time. Please try again later. If the problem continues, contact your system administrator with this information."

Solution:

If your internal user is getting this error, you need to check if web component role is doing fine or not!
If your internal user can add but the external users get this error then make sure you do have reverse proxy edge service installed and configured...
